Additionally, Red Rock HR identified areas for improvement in the organization's Progressive Discipline Policy and provided templates for Progressive Discipline and Performance Management.

Project #2 focused on providing specific tools and templates to support their new chosen approach. This included an updated Progressive Discipline Policy, Suspension and Termination Letter Templates, Disciplinary Note Templates, and Employee Self-Evaluation and Performance Review Templates tailored to ABC Company's needs.


Implementation

 

ABC Company embraced the recommended approach of performance management instead of termination, leveraging the tools and templates provided by Red Rock HR. They engaged in private discussions to maintain confidentiality and proactively sought clarity on available options and potential risks.


Results


As a result of Red Rock HR’s strategic interventions, the ABC Company gained clarity on the least risky option to address the employee relations issue.
