Meet Tina
Red Rock HR Limited was founded by Tina Leisle in 2023. Tina brings a wealth of experience and a passion for human resources, having transitioned from a successful nine-year career in finance. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, along with her Human Resources and Labour Relations Certification and PFSA designation. Her journey continued as she completed her Master's Degree in Human Resources Management in 2023, followed by Investigations Training in 2024, and most recently, the Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) designation.
Tina's dedication to active listening, coaching, and problem-solving guided her towards HR, where she has served as a senior professional. She is an active member of CPHR Alberta and SHRM. She has volunteered with the CPHR Medicine Hat Committee and the Women in Business Committee and is a proud member of the Alberta Women Entrepreneurs (AWE).

Community Futures Entre-Corp, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners, fostering a diverse and thriving community. In partnership with Community Futures, Red Rock HR provides in-house HR consulting services once a month. Through this collaboration, Community Futures clients can book one-hour sessions with an HR expert, offering them practical, personalized guidance to navigate their HR needs and challenges effectively at no cost to you!
