HR Advice Lottery

2026 Lottery Details

Purpose:

To give back to the community and support a non-profit or small business in a meaningful way, by providing HR expertise to organizations that may otherwise struggle to access it. We are launching this new program.

What is Being Offered:

  • 2 hours of HR support per month (totaling 24 hours for the year)

  • Valued at over $3,360 of professional services, completely free!

  • Support tailored to the organization’s needs, such as employee relations, compliance, policy development, or other HR guidance

  • Support will be remote (over the phone,email or zoom meeting

Eligibility Criteria 

  • The organization must have at least 3 employees

  • Must be a nonprofit or small business that could benefit from professional HR support

  • Can not be a current RRHR client

  • We are looking to support Medicine Hat and surrounding area business. Dependent on entries we may open it up inside of Alberta

  • The applicant must agree to:

    • Provide your organizational logo for use in promotional materials (e.g., "Proudly supported by Red Rock HR Ltd.")

    • Offer feedback and a testimonial on the usefulness of the services by the end of the year

    • Complete onboarding like a regular client to ensure personalized and full advice and support services customized to your organization

How it Works

  • The lottery opens on December 15, 2026 and closes on January 31, 2026

  • Businesses can submit their entry via an online contact form below

  • They must follow us on social media to make their entry eligible

  • For every extra share on social media, the party will increase their entries into the draw

  • A winner will be randomly selected and announced and contact
