About the Role
REDI Enterprises is seeking a visionary and people-focused permanent full-time Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter. This multifaceted leadership role combines strategic business oversight with a strong commitment to disability services and team empowerment.
You’ll oversee financial sustainability through various revenue streams, drive innovation in our programs and social enterprises, and maintain strong community partnerships—all while fostering a positive, person-centered culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to execute REDI’s strategic vision
Lead strategic planning and implementation to meet organizational goals
Identify peruse and lead through growth expansion, and innovation opportunity
Manage and diversify revenue streams, budgets, and funding sources
Oversee REDI’s social enterprises and disability services operations and annual budget
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and community partners such as government agencies, community organization, families and individuals served
Ensure all organizational practices align with ethical standards and sector best practices

What We Bring to the Table
We offer a robust total rewards packagel including:
$120,000 - $140,000 base salary
Car Allowance

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
5–10 years of executive-level management experience
Experience working with a non-profit board of directors
Undergraduate degree in humanities, human services, business, or related experience
A satisfactory criminal record check (with vulnerable sector search)
Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred Assets:
10+ years in a senior leadership role within a medium-to-large nonprofit organization
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Social Services)
Sector expertise in not-for-profits or disability services
