Rates
At Red Rock HR, we understand that every role is unique, and so is the effort required to find the perfect candidate. That’s why our recruitment rates are designed to be flexible, based on the complexity of the role and the time involved in sourcing the right fit for your team. Where large recruitment agencies charge 15-20% commission our recruitment rates are more reasonable.​
Our recruitment rates range from 4% to 6% of the candidate's first-year salary, based on the complexity of the role. For smoother placements, the rate starts at 4% (up to 21 hours), while more specialized roles that require up to 33 hours are charged at 6%. If additional time is needed, we offer a Premium Placement with a minimal 1% increase for every 5 extra hours.​
