Speaking Engagement Rates

Event Delivery Rate:

• $150/ hour (In Town)

• $165 Out of Town

Example 1- Hour Online Webinar Session (Local or Online)

Event Delivery: 1 hours  $150=$150

Preparation Time: 1 hour + $75=$75

Total Webinar Cost: $225

​

In-Person Events (Out of Town):

• $165 per hour

• Travel Time of $100/hr

​

Example Event Delivery: 6 hours+$165=$990

Travel Time: 4 hours: $400

Total Cost: $1390

Custom Add-Ons

Extended Preparation: Complex or highly customized presentations requiring additional time will be billed at $75/hour

Rates and Customization:
Rates are negotiable based on the scope, duration, and audience size of the event. Customized packages are available to suit specific needs. Any preparation of materials will be charged at the hourly rate or the applicable rate for the event. A travel rate is charged versus mileage for convience.

Payment Terms:
Invoices are due in advance of the event to confirm and secure the speaking engagement or upon invoice reciept.
